In this course you will learn key facts about the service sector and the important role it plays in the global economy. You will study how customer service has evolved as technology has, from as far back as the the invention of the telephone, to the launch of the world wide web. You will also explore the challenges and disruption that technology has and is causing, and how Service 4.0 presents customers with an opportunity to discover and benefit from new features that were impossible before digital disruption.
